Maria Luisa is the newest addition to Caro Mont Photography and has been mentored by Carolina herself. Set Design & Production
Nate is the creative force behind our custom sets and props, bringing every seasonal theme to life with incredible attention to detail. His background in design and production ensures that each session has the perfect backdrop, from cozy fall scenes to vibrant holiday settings. Nate’s dedication and craftsmanship play a key role in making our photoshoots visually stunning and unique.

Operations & Executive Assistant
Marcela is Carolina’s right hand, keeping the operations at Caro Mont Photography running smoothly. With her background in modeling and early childhood education, Marcela’s multitasking skills make her indispensable during sessions. Whether she’s organizing schedules or assisting on set, Marcela ensures every detail is handled so that Carolina and the team can focus on delivering the best experience to clients.
Mariel Rincon
Production Assistant
Say hello to Mariel, the ray of sunshine on our team whose positivity is simply infectious. Hailing from Venezuela, Mariel effortlessly weaves her bilingual charm into our interactions, making everyone feel at ease. Mariel is a wizard when it comes to family sessions, especially with our littlest, most energetic clients. Her knack for coaxing smiles, not to mention her agility in set and backdrop transformations, makes her an integral part of creating the magic in our studio sessions. When Mariel isn’t assisting families, she is using her skills to also assist me on set, while capturing behind-the-scenes video to ensure every moment is cherished.

From assisting with set-up to helping families feel comfortable in front of the camera, Sophia’s support allows the team to focus on capturing beautiful, genuine moments.

Sage, our video intern, handles behind-the-scenes videos, social media content, and reels. With experience in broadcasting, he brings fresh energy and creativity to every project.
