Full sessions are ideal for families who want a larger gallery of images or more customization.

Each package is designed with different needs in mind. If you're looking for something quick and seasonal, a mini session like "Short & Sweet Family Treasures" is perfect. For more customization and a fuller experience, consider our "Cozy Family Keepsakes" or "Fall Experience." If you’re using these photos for your business, the "Hybrid Brand & Product Session" offers the perfect mix of personal brand and product photography with a seasonal twist. C. What happens after I book my session?
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your shoot, including date, time, location, and what to expect. For full sessions, we’ll also schedule a consultation to discuss any specific requests and plan out your personalized experience. You’ll get reminders leading up to the session.
D. What if I am late to my session?
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. For mini sessions, being late may shorten your session time as they are booked back-to-back. For full sessions, we can adjust as needed, depending on the situation. Punctuality ensures you get the most out of your session!
E. When should I arrive for the session?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session begins to allow time for last-minute preparations, especially for mini sessions. This helps ensure we start on time and make the most of your session.
F. What happens after the session?
After the session, we’ll begin the editing process. You’ll receive a link to your online gallery within three days to select your favorite images. After selection, we’ll complete the final edits and deliver your gallery via email. You’ll have the option to purchase additional images, prints, or albums.
G. Can I take BTS videos or photos with my phone or bring my own tripod?
No, for safety reasons and to protect the team's workflow, we do not allow clients to take BTS videos or bring tripods. If you would like BTS videos please purchase it as an add on to your package.

A. How do I choose between the Personal Brand Mini and Hybrid Brand & Product sessions?
If you’re mainly looking for personal branding photos to refresh your headshots or social media profile, the Personal Brand Mini Session is ideal. If you need both product photos and personal branding, or if you want models with your products, the Hybrid Brand & Product Session offers a longer session with more images.
B. What makes the Custom-Built Full Experience package so special?
This is our most luxurious offering, fully tailored to your needs. You'll enjoy a 2-hour session with a custom styled set, personalized consultation, moodboard, shot list, planned activities, and unique props. You’ll receive the full gallery of high-resolution images, behind-the-scenes footage, and a professionally produced short cinematic family film. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience, capturing your family’s story in the most beautiful way.
C. What if I want to book a family mini or full session, and also want to do a personal brand mini the same day?
Yes, you may do so! You can purchase both sessions, and I will accommodate them back-to-back for a seamless experience.
D. Can I bring props or special items to the session?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring personal items, props, or special belongings that hold meaning to you or your family. For example, if your child has a favorite toy or your family has a special keepsake, we can incorporate it into the shoot. For businesses, bringing products or brand materials adds a personal touch.
E. What should we wear?
Outfit choices can make a big difference! For mini sessions, I recommend wearing colors that complement the seasonal theme shown in the moodboard. For full sessions, I provide personalized outfit guidance during the consultation. Comfortable, coordinated outfits that reflect your personality and the session’s theme are always a great choice. A. How long does it take to receive my digital photos?
For mini sessions, you can expect to receive your images within one week from the moment you select your favorites. For full sessions or brand shoots, it may take up to two weeks. You’ll get access to a private online gallery for viewing and selection within three days of your session. If you wish to expedite the process, a rush fee is available.
B. Can I buy more images than what's included in the package?
Yes! Each package comes with a set number of high-resolution images, but you’ll have the option to purchase additional images from your gallery. Extra images typically cost $10-$25 each, depending on the package.
C. What’s included in the editing and retouching?
All images are professionally edited to enhance lighting, colors, and details. Retouching can include skin smoothing, blemish removal, and light touch-ups to ensure everyone looks their best while still feeling natural.
D. What if I want additional retouching?
If you’d like extra retouching beyond the standard edits, just let me know! Depending on your requests, an additional fee may apply. One round of feedback and revisions is included with your package. Additional revisions are available for an extra fee.
E. Do you offer prints, wall art, holiday cards, or albums?
Yes, I offer a variety of print products, including albums, holiday cards, and framed wall art. We’ll discuss your preferences after the session, and I can help guide you through the best options for displaying your beautiful images.
F. Do you offer payment plans?

IV. Cinematic Family Film and BTS Videos
A. What does the cinematic family film include?
The cinematic film package features a beautifully crafted 3-minute mini-movie that captures special, candid moments with your family. Professionally edited by an Emmy Award-winning team, this video adds a magical touch to your memories and is delivered with your photo gallery.
B. How long will it take to receive the video?
You will receive your cinematic family film along with your photo gallery within 14 days, delivered via email.
C. Can we request specific scenes or actions in the video?
Yes! We love incorporating your personal ideas or specific requests to make the video more meaningful and tailored to your family’s unique story.
D. What are behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos, and why should I get them?
BTS videos capture the candid, behind-the-scenes magic of your session. They’re a fun way to share the process on social media or keep as a memory of how the photoshoot unfolded. For brands, BTS content gives your audience a sneak peek into the creative process, adding depth and engagement to your online presence.
V. Logistics and Special Requests
A. Is there a changing room or bathroom at your studio? Can I get hair and makeup done there?
Yes, my studio has a changing room and bathroom. If you'd like to have your hair and makeup done before your session, just let me know in advance so we can adjust the schedule.
B. Can I bring my pet to the studio?
Yes, pets are welcome as long as they are leashed and trained. Be sure to bring their favorite treats and toys to grab their attention during the shoot.
C. How many family members can participate? Can extended family join?
My sessions are designed for immediate family members, but extended family can participate for an additional fee. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other family members are welcome for $25 per person.
D. Are your product photography sessions available for out-of-state clients?
Yes! For product sessions, you can ship or drop off your products, and we’ll handle the rest. This is perfect for businesses needing high-quality product photos without being present.
E. What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
You can reschedule or cancel your session with at least 48 hours' notice. For mini sessions, rescheduling is based on availability, and cancellations are subject to your contract terms.
F. Can I gift a session?
Yes! Photography sessions make wonderful gifts. I offer gift certificates that your loved ones can redeem for a session at their convenience. You can purchase gift cards here.
G. Can I transfer my mini session to someone else if I can’t make it?
Yes, you can transfer your mini session to another person. Just let me know in advance so we can update the booking details.
H. Can I share my gallery with friends or family?
Yes, you can share your gallery link, password, and download code with friends or family so they can access and download the images.
I. What happens to the photos I don’t purchase?
Unpurchased photos will remain in the gallery for 90 days with a watermark. You may purchase them during that time. After 90 days, the gallery will expire, and additional purchases will no longer be available.
J. Can I purchase the full gallery?
Yes, you can upgrade to a full gallery during the booking process. This ensures we plan for a full gallery delivery. Please note, upgrading after your session is not available.
